Kerry is primarily involved as Investigator and Expert Witness on building failures, but continues to provide a wide range of services relating to the costs of ownership including maintenance, planning, implementation & discovery of and resolving other building issues and failures.
After completing his apprenticeship in carpentry & joinery, Kerry developed a joinery and formica fabrication factory and a construction business, carrying out all forms of domestic and medium range commercial construction. Kerry also graduated with an MBA (Masters in Business Administration). He then became a full time consultant specialising in Building Surveying and achieving membership of the NZIBS. He currently serves on the NZIBS national executive for a third term.
Kerry is Rotorua's leading Building Surveyor / Inspector. Since 1994, Inspect New Zealand has inspected over 4,000 homes and buildings in Rotorua and the wider Bay of Plenty including Tauranga, Mt Maunganui, Papamoa, Whakatane and Taupo.
